KKFD Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Rights

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and KKFD ("kkfd", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing kkfd.asia, registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on the kkfd platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the kkfd platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a web browser, the kkfd mobile app, or any other method. If you are using kkfd on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

KKFD reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of kkfd after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use kkfd, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a kkfd employee
• You must not have a previously suspended or banned kkfd account

KKFD may request identity verification documents at any time. This is standard practice for licensed gaming platforms and is required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one kkfd account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a violation of kkfd's terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your kkfd account. Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your password with anyone. KKFD will never contact you asking for your password via chat, email, or any other channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your kkfd account
• Enable two-factor authentication if available on your account
• Log out of kkfd when using a shared or public device
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Keep your registered email address and phone number up to date

KKFD is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

KKFD supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket as primary payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳10 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.

Deposits are credited to your kkfd balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment network. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact kkfd support with your transaction reference number.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible
• Verified accounts receive faster withdrawal processing than unverified accounts
• KKFD may request additional verification before processing large withdrawals
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to you
• KKFD does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges

KKFD reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, kkfd will notify you and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

KKFD offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe or the bonus will expire
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise
• KKFD reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it was claimed in error or through a technical fault
• Players who attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — will have bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended
• Free spins and free game credits are subject to the same wagering rules as deposit bonuses unless stated otherwise

KKFD reviews bonus activity regularly. If a pattern of play suggests that a player is exploiting promotions rather than playing in good faith, kkfd reserves the right to adjust or cancel bonuses and restrict future promotion eligibility.

6 Game Play Rules

All games available on kkfd are operated with published return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted in real time.

KKFD is not responsible for interrupted game sessions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault on kkfd's end, the platform will restore the game state or credit the affected amount to your balance.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed
• In the event of a game malfunction, kkfd reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and bonus play — check individual game rules
• KKFD may temporarily suspend a game for maintenance without prior notice

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kkfd platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or glitches for financial gain
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods
• Money laundering or using kkfd for any illegal financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kkfd staff or other players
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification

8 Privacy and Data

KKFD collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using kkfd, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

KKFD does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law, for payment processing, or for identity verification purposes with licensed third-party providers. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

9 Responsible Gaming

KKFD is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all registered kkfd players through their account settings or by contacting support.

10 Account Termination

You may close your kkfd account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks, provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations.

KKFD reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms. In cases of serious breach — including fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling — the balance may be forfeited in full.

11 Limitation of Liability

KKFD provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. KKFD is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, game interruptions caused by third-party providers, or connectivity issues outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkfd's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Changes to Terms

KKFD may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will always be available on this page with the revision date clearly shown.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using kkfd and close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
